I am secretary of Singleton allotments city and county of Swansea. The current position of Allotment provision in this county is that all allotments have been set adrift from local authority support, funds or council services the council has no staff employed to run or assist allotments and I envisage some sites collapsing due to this, our waiting list is over 5 years and I do not see the number of plots increasing in Swansea in the next 1-3 years.
